Peletex wholly owns Vac-U-Sand Mfg. Co., Ltd. It is the first commercial application of the aqueous-froth method. Drywall dust particles are as small as 0.3 microns in size. Vac-U-Sand effectively captures and filters all perceivable drywall dust from the air during sanding of gypsum wallboard. Peletex has partnered with Grabber Construction Products, a leader in the construction industry, to market and distribute the product line in North America, Europe, and Japan.

OSHA has already released health warnings about white lung disease caused by drywall dust. When OSHA develops regulations for this occupational health problem, the market demand for Vac-U-Sand is likely to grow substantially. Those regulations normally follow the introduction of a product or method that effectively manages the problem.
